JOB DESCRIPTION

Bilingual Call Center Representative makes and receives calls, and answers chats from customers, with the intent of booking reservations to all the company hotels and brands. Receives requests, provide general information about properties and closes reservations to all Palace Resorts properties and brands. Being a Bilingual Call Center Representative identifies prospects and generates reservations and sales activities in the computer-based systems. May respond to customer inquiries by following standard scripts and procedures. Additionally, Bilingual Sales Center Representative, selling is the focus of this position. The Bilingual Call Center Representative possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.

LANGUAGES:

English and Spanish (fluent speaking and writing). One position will be required fluent in Portuguese and English or Spanish (for the Brazilian market).

SCHOLARSHIP:

May require an associate degree.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

May require 1 year of work experience in Travel and Tourism industry.

NECESSARY SKILLS:

Sales and Customer Service oriented.

COMPENSATION:

Commission based

REPORTS TO:

Call Center Team Leader.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 – $27.00 per hour
